I’m a chef and restaurateur. In recent years, my work — both professionally and personally — has shifted toward health and wellness, including running restaurant companies built around more thoughtful, nourishing food.
This space grows out of that evolution. It’s where I share how I cook at home, the products I rely on in my own kitchen, and the meals I seek out when I travel — food that’s rooted in balance, intention, and the simple idea that eating well should feel good.
